1) 'guilt_shame_culpability_raw_data.txt' contains all raw data, including responses to each item on the GASP scale, and culpability attributions for each type of mitigating factor.
2) 'guilt_shame_culpability_summary_data.txt' contains summary data, averaging across individual items for each GASP subscale, and averaging culpability attributions across different types of mitigating factors.
3) 'summary_stats.R' is an R script that calculates summary statistics for all independent and dependent variables.
4) 'all_analyses.R' is an R script that carries out all analyses reported in the manuscript.
