Data table Strain x laboratory interaction, Pc and Pa ratios

Data table providing meta data of the strain x laboratory interaction, the coverage probability (Pc) and the proportion of accurate results (Pa) assessed in a standardised and a heterogenised design. For each experimental design, the same animal experiment comparing two inbred strains of mice was replicated in three different laboratories. Shown are the p-values of the strain x laboratory interaction as well as the Pc and Pa ratios for 10 outcome measures and for 11 alternative allocations of the experimenters to the designs (Combination 0 - 10). This spreadsheet contains the underlying processed data for Figure 3a, 3b, 3c, S1, S2 and S3.
