Upload files for A Genome-Wide Association Study for milk protein composition traits in Chinese Holstein population.

The Chinese Holstein population in this study comprised 614 cows from 19 farms of the Beijing Sanyuan Dairy Farm Center, the daughters of 19 sire families.

The phenotypic observations (pheno.txt): the file including fixed effect and phenotypic observations

The genotype file (snp.txt and map.txt): After genotype imputation, there were 644,400 SNPs in the panel in total

The Pedigree file (ped.txt)
