modified on 2021-03-28, 12:19 Data for Supplementary Figure 2 - session objects for close up shots of bone-implant interface strains. Session objects file can be loaded into an Abaqus CAE (Dassault Systems) session with any human model results file to recreate the model orientation and scale used to present the strain data in Supplementary Figure 2.
Data for Supplementary Figure 3 - raw data, code and processed data for interfragmentary distance analysis of all human models. Interfragmentary distance analysis calculates the percentage change in interfragmentary distance between nodes on the anterior and posterior surface of the fracture plane. README file inside all folders for code instructions
Data for Supplementary Figure 4 - raw data used for whole model strains comparison of all human models. Code used to calculate whole model comparisons between finite element models was written by Jose Iriarte-Diaz and can be found on Github: https://github.com/josdiiri/plotSurfaceStrains/
Data for Supplementary Figure 5 - raw data, processed data and code for sensitivity analysis of the effect of the coefficient of static friction on bone strains. Raw data is principal strains taken from specific locations across the jaw. code calculates the mean maximum and minimum strain value at each of these locations and plots these values.
