This dataset includes CRISPR studies scored for Genetic Interaction using multiple methods. The studies analyzed are:

1) Dede Study [Reference]

2) Ito Study [Reference]

3) Thompson Study [Reference]

4) CHyMErA [Reference]

5) Parrish Study [Reference]

The following scoring methods were applied:

1) Orthrus [Reference]

2) Parrish Score [Reference]

3) zdLFC [Reference]

4) Gemini (Strong and Sensitive) [Reference]

Each scoring method—except for zdLFC—applies default filtering steps before generating scores. All studies were scored using these methods both with and without default filtering steps.

For scores generated with filtering, the results are stored in the respective 'Filtered' folder within each study directory.
