Is a little enough? Paucity of innate and adaptive immune proteins in serum of precocial neonates of a marine Carnivoran – the Atlantic grey seal

The files contain Tandem Mass Tag (TMT) proteomics data from serum samples from mother and pup Atlantic grey seals from shortly after birth to near weaning. All the methods and statistical analysis will be detailed in the published paper and accompanying supplementary online information. The files herewith are the proteomic data generated and protein identifications from separate genomic searches of the Phocidae (true seals) and the Caniformia (the larger phyletc group to which the Phocidae belong.
