A monoclonal antibody blocking IL-1 receptor accessory protein (IL1RAP) reduces cardiac inflammation and preserves heart function in viral and autoimmune myocarditis

Spatial transcriptomics of hearts infected with CVB3 and sacrificed at 10 dpi. Experimental groups include: mice treated with PBS, mice treated with Isotype, mice treated with IL-Ra, mice treated with mCAN10. Naive mice are included as well.
