The data provided here belong to our 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) project. These data include OTU tables for bacterial/archaeal and fungal communities;plant biomass; soil nitrogen and carbon cycling gene abundances; soil enzymatic activity; soil metabolic activity (MicrorespTM-CLPP) and results for Structural equation modelling (SEM) anaslysis. The 48 fastq files are our ITS sequencing results, and a metadata file for the sequencing analysis are also provided here.
