3D segmentation and evaluation

This repository contains deep learning models for 3D image segmentation along with sample 3D segmented images and ground truth for evaluating segmentation quality. There are also 3D meshes and CSV files containing segmentation quality information (Volume averaged Jaccard Index) for using with the online 3D morphological visualization platform named Morphonet (https://morphonet.org).
