2022 hidradenitis suppurativa PSTPIP1 missense enrichment

This project contains data related to a genomics study in sporadic hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). We used targeted candidate gene sequencing to identify rare variants in HS patients. One gene, PSTPIP1, showed a significant increase in rare variants, mainly concentrating in the SH3 domain. Data in this project includes the raw western blot images obtained by expressing FLAG-tagged constructs expressing WT or variant PSTPIP1.
