2019 Untreated juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) RNA-Seq

This includes the necessary information for recreating our analysis RNA-Seq of PBMCs from two juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) cohorts. The first cohort focused on PBMCs from untreated JDM vs. unaffected controls, and a subset of the same patients when they had untreated disease (8/11 patients; untreated vs. inactive). The second cohort included samples of skin and muscle from JDM and controls. The initial project commit included individuals that later developed psoriasis as well, but these were excluded from the final analysis. This project used previously collected samples from a JDM sample repository. The informed consent did not allow for publication of the original FASTQ files, but this project includes the per-gene counts, which are not protected information, and which is sufficient to recreate our analysis.
