#These datasets are used for Genotype Imputation, population characterizing and Genetic breeding analysis on web server of Aquaculture Molecular Breeding Platform (AMBP, http://mgb.qnlm.ac).
#1. GSI_Kinship_example.tar.gz is the example data of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei), and can be used for Genetic Structure Inference and Kinship analysis.
#2. LowDensityPanel_Salmon10K.tar.gz contains low density (10K) genotypic data of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), and can be used for imputation.
#3. GM_GWAS_example.tar.gz is a file containing imputated genotypes from low density (10K) genotypic data, and can be used for GWAS and Genomic Mating analysis.
#4. GS_example.tar.gz is a file containing imputated genotypes, and can be used for Genomic Selection analysis. 
#5. Simulation.tar.gz is a package containing genotypes and phenotypes files, and can be used for genetic breeding simulations.
