where: 
Longitude = decimal degrees
Latitude = decimal degrees
Ve = velocity in mm/yr in the east component
Vn = velocity in mm/yr in the north component 
Se = 1 sigma standard error in the east component
Sn = 1 sigma standard error in the north component
Corr = correlation
Site = GPS station 4 character ID
Plate = plate or deforming zone for the station
doi = data and/or paper reference for the station
