TITLE: Induced-Fit Protein Structures for LKB1, MKNK1, and S6K CONTRIBUTOR: Leiden Academic Centre for Drug Research, Leiden University The data was computationally generated to be used in structure-based kinase research. The protein structures were generated for kinases: LKB1, MKNK1, and S6K. --METHOD-- Induced-fit docking was performed using the Schrödinger 2017-4 suite. The crystal structures used to create these induced-fit structures were (PDB:) 2HW6 for MKNK1, 2WTK for LKB1, and 3WF5, 3A62, and 4RLO for S6K. --DATA SPECIFIC INFORMATION-- The data is provided in Schrödinges Maestro format (.mae) and as PDB (.pdb). Separate folders are created for each protein.
