Description

The file OpenBUGScode.txt contains the code for the three submodels described in the article: mychorrhizal fungi colonization and abundance, seedlings growth and seedling survival. The survival submodel uses predictions from the mycorrhizal fungi and growth submodels. Detailed description of the model, parameters and parameter prior distributions are provided in Appendix C.
