Aletris bracteata data collected in Chekika, Everglades Nationa Park, Florida, USA as real dataset accompanying the paper "Adaptive cluster samplingfor estimation of abundanceswithin local populations of low-abundance plants" by T. Philippi, Ecology 2005. Note that these files are only the numbres of individuals per quadrat. More complete information, including numbers of leaves for each individual, are available from philippi@fiu.edu
