vmzip.exe -- self-extracting archive of compiled code
vmcode.exe -- self-extracting archive of source code
E081001.zip -- zip file containing all files in the supplement, including the expanded archives of compiled and source code.
The two self-extracting executables, vmzip.exe and vmcode.exe, contain the programs and source code, respectively, for the computer programs used in this article.
Run either .exe to recover the directory structure and files. readme files in the directories will explain details of program operation. The authors recommend that the two .exes be run in different directories so as not to confuse files.
