Description

manlyveg.rtf is a text file with commands for implementing the quantile regression analyses on the vegetation reclamation data in the text file manlyveg2.csv using the quantreg package in R.

manlyveg2.csv
Column 1: VEGPROD - vegetation production in g/m^²,
Column 2: SITE - an indicator variable with a 1 for reclaimed and 0 for control sites,
Column 3: LNVEGPROD - natural log of vegetation production,
Column 4: WT - weights used in analysis.
