Bead z-stacks for calibration of field dependent aberrations.
Fixed single-molecule z-stacks for verification of the PSF model (with and without the Vortex)
Reorienting single-molecules showing orientational transitions.
Raw Lambda-DNA dataset using Binding-Activated Localization Microscopy with the Vortex PSF
Processed Lambda-DNA dataset with and without drift correction.
