This is a collection of tools for encouraging reflective practice in open education projects.
These tools can be applied for the ideation phase of open educational resource (OER) development, or for reflective debriefs to mark each major project milestone phase (or the end-of-project phase).
The goals are to:
* plan OER projects effectively in a problem-focused way
* evaluate what worked and did not work for any given project
* self-reflect as open practitioners on any changes to the way we think and orient to our goals over the life of the project
This resource was originally created for use as part of the La Trobe eBureau open education program.
