RM-Roadmap: Mapping Professional Development Opportunities for Research Managers in Europe

RM-Roadmap is a pan-European community of research management excellence, coming together over three years to define a roadmap for the Research Manager profession, a project funded under Horizon Europe.

One of the deliverables was the mapping of professional development opportunities currently available for research managers in Europe. This collection includes the online Questionnaire that was used to collect the data, and which was open between April 2023 and July 2024, and the data collected during the exercise, which has been dully anonymised.

An analysis of the data has and will be further conducted as part of the objectives of the project, leading to recommendations regarding further professional development opportunities needed for the future of the profession, but this set of data lends itself to further analysis.
