Perovskite/Silicon Tandem Solar Cell with
28.7% Efficiency Using Industrial Silicon Bottom Cells

We present a monolithic two-terminal perovskite/silicon
tandem solar cell based on an industrial silicon bottom cell fabricated
with mass-production-feasible processes. The solar cell exhibited
a steady-state power conversion efficiency of 28.7% and an open-circuit
voltage of over 1.9 V.
