This dataset is the basis of the work documenting biodiversity and ecological functional characteristics of woody perennial polyculture enterprises in the US Midwest. (Kreitzman M, Eyster H, Czajewska A, et al Woody perennial polycultures in the US Midwest enhance biodiversity and ecosystem functions. Accepted, Ecospehere.) The fieldwork was conducted over 4 months in the spring and summer of 2018. The archive contains community matrix data on several taxa: soil bacteria, soil fungi, plants, arthropods, and birds. It also includes soil physical and chemical properties. We have also included metatdata about sites.
Contact kreitzman.maayan@gmail.com for assistance with the data.
