Atomic resolution electron micrograph time series recorded using a Nion UltraSTEM100 scanning transmission electron microscope of normal (99% 12C) and heavy (99% 13C) graphene. Each time series was collected until a vacancy was created, which was used to estimate the dose required to eject a carbon atom at each electron acceleration voltage.
