3DSC

This is the 3DSC dataset. It contains crystal structures and critical temperatures. There are two parts: The 3DSC_MP contains the entire 3DSC_MP dataset with crystal structures based on the Materials Project. The 3DSC_ICSD contains the data with cyrstal structures from the ICSD, but because those structures are protected, it contains only the ICSD IDs. Note that even the structures behind the IDs are not the yet the superconducting ones, since they still need to undergo the artificial doping step as described in the paper.

The 3DSC database is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License, implying that the content may be copied, distributed, transmitted, and adapted, without obtaining specific permission from the repository owner, provided proper attribution is given to the repository owner.
