DESCRIPTION:
The data set contains H&E slides from 140 lung squamous carcinoma cases along with their genotype status for the SNP rs601338 of the gene Galactoside 2-alpha-L-fucosyltransferase 2 (FUT2).

Lung squamous carcinoma sections were screened using a 3DHISTECH P1000 scanner with a 40x magnification objective. These formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections were stained using a standard hematoxylin and eosin staining procedure.
