I am an aspiring academic who is working at the interface of horticulture and ecology. My form of agroecology explores how theory developed in natural forest systems to describe biomass partitioning and tree architecture can be tested and applied in heavily managed orchard trees. On the side, I run a small farm with an organic garden and pasture fed poultry and grazers.
