Udam Prang is a senior public financial management specialist, working for the General Secretariat of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee and an adjunct lecturer at the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia. He holds a PhD in accounting from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and a master’s degree in education, specializing in higher education development and management, from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His research interests include management accounting, public budgeting, personal budgeting, accounting history, and higher education.
