I did my BSc and MEng studying Marine Engineering at Ecole Centrale and a MSc in Physical Oceanography at Aix-Marseille University, followed by a PhD in Marine Geoscience at Bordeaux University in cotutelle with IFPEN (awarded in 2006). Then, I joined CSIRO as a post-doctoral fellow for 2 years in 2007 working for the Wealth from Ocean flagship before becoming a research scientist for 6 years at the Australian Resources Research Centre (CSIRO). I moved to the University of Sydney in 2015 and since then I have been working on a diverse range of projects related to Earth surface processes.
