I received a BS in hardware engineering from Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch (IAUCTB) in Tehran, Iran in 2000. I studied M.Sc in Artificial Intelligence and Robotic in Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University (SRBIAU) in Tehran, Iran in 2003 and worked on odometry errors of mobile robots. My Ph.D. was finished in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from SRBIAU, in 2011 and I researched about self management multiagent systems. During my Ph.D., I got more familiar with cognitive science and for deep understanding about it, I was studied master of science in psychology 2013-2016. After that, I have graduated in philosophy of mind in SRBIAU in 2019 and dealt with computational embodiment.
Now, I'm an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at IAUTCB. My research interests include in Computational Cognition, Cognitive Decision Making, Machine Learning, Data Mining and Optimization. I've supervised or advised over 80 MS theses or PhD dissertations and contributed or coauthored more than 75 papers published in journals and conference records.
