He is currently part of the Religion, State and Cohesion Project at Massey University, New Zealand. Here he works as a researcher and is lead author on New Zealand Religious Community Responses to COVID-19 while under Level 4 - Lockdown (under revision) His interests are revolving Religion and Society, general Sociology of Religion and definitions of Religiosity. The last was the primary focus of his Bachelor's Thesis; A New Typology of Religiosity - A Discussion of Meta-Ethnographic Syntheses' Possibilities in Typologies in the Study of Religion
