Ted Greiner

I have been Professor of Nutrition at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea since 2008 and am currently also Visiting Professor at the Natural Resources Institute, Greenwich University, Kent, UK. From 2004-2008 I was Senior Nutritionist at the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health, PATH, in Washington DC and directed its Ultra Rice program. From 1985-2004 I was at the International Maternal and Child Health unit at Uppsala University Medical School in Sweden where I was Docent (associate professor) of International Child Health and the nutrition advisor of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida.
