Tayeb Belouadah

Professor Tayeb Belouadah, Professor of Higher Education, holds a PhD and a university qualification in law. Specialized in criminal law, criminal sciences, criminology, punishment and media legislation, he is a faculty member in the Department of Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila - Algeria. He is the former head of the Mgister specialization in criminal law at the faculty and a current member of the scientific body of the Department of Law, a former member of the Faculty Council, and head of a research group entitled "The Legal System and Its Impact on the Service and Security of Society" from 2016 to 2023, then head of a research group entitled "Criminal Law and Modern Scientific and Technological Developments" from 2023 to the present day at the Laboratory of Studies and Research in Law, Family and Administrative Development at the Faculty of Law, Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila. He is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Legal Studies and Research, issued by Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila with the international number: 1084-2437 and legal deposit: 293-2016.10. The first to publish a collective book at the Faculty of Law at M'sila University, and the first to use an electronic exam for students at M'sila University. The first to use the feature of direct and electronic recording publishing on social networks for conferences, seminars and scientific works at the Faculty of Law at M'sila University. The first to use instant electronic certificates for an international and national scientific conference at the Faculty of Law at M'sila University.

Founder and first editor-in-chief of the first law magazine at the Faculty of Law at M'sila University, Algeria, which was ranked first in the Arab world for the year 2024 according to the Arab Impact Factor ARCIF.

He is the founder and director of the national competition for the best legal article.

Preparer and presenter of the Legal Date program. And the first to conduct an electronic debate between candidates for the parliamentary elections.

He is a member of the publishing office for scientific journals at M'sila University, Algeria, and a professor at the Applied School of Field Artillery. He is an expert on scientific research projects at the Thematic Agency for Research in Social and Human Sciences, at the General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He was the director of many international and national conferences, training days and seminars. He is a member of the teaching and training committee for the doctorate. He supervised and participated in the discussion committees for many doctoral theses, master’s theses, and various stages of graduation and post-graduation.
