Stephen Gray

Senior Research Data Librarian (Digital heritage)

University of Bristol

I've worked with digital humanities and cultural heritage collections in universities, museums, galleries, archives and libraries for the past ten years, with an emphasis on metadata, standards, interoperability, digital preservation and conservation. My current research is concerned with the application of 3D imaging to help safeguard both tangible and intangible cultural heritage. In addition to my work with the University of Bristol I hold a number of other positions; I'm a Mentor for the Heritage Lottery Fund, an Associate Technical Advisor for Jisc and a member of the AHRC Peer Review College.
