Dr Siew Fang Law is the Senior Lecturer at the Centre for the Study of Higher Education (MCSHE), Melbourne Graduate School of Education. Her academic role contributes to the Centre’s awards and non-awards professional development programs, focusing on developing best practices for positive University-Industry-Community engagement, collaboration and partnerships. Bringing to this role is her 20 years of academic experience and an interdisciplinary research backgrounds intersecting culture diversity, community development, peace psychology and conflict transformation. She also brings governance experiences as a former University Council member, Research Ethics Committee member and a non-profits Board member with other institutions. She has experience in Chairing postgraduate programs in International Community Development. Her participatory-approach to teaching and curriculum designs have been acknowledged in the University Learning and Teaching awards.
