Rashed Karim

I am generally interested in problems relating to cardiac MRI image analysis and visualization. For several years, I have worked on image analysis problems relating to left atrial and ventricle geometry, fibrosis and scar quantification from late enhancement and a technique to visualise the heart as a 2D map.
