Dr. Rajbir Singh Dalal presently working as Chairperson, Department of Public Administration, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa, Haryana (India), is M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D. and NET having 25 years teaching experience. He has attended about 100 national and international seminars/workshops/conferences and more than 80 papers have been published in different national and international journals including a book on Rural Development Administration. Many research scholars have completed their Ph.D. thesis and M.Phil.Dissertations under his dynamic supervision. Dr. Dalal is a widely traveled person and is on the experts’ panel of premier bodies like the University Grant Commission, the Union Public Service Commission, and different State Public Service Commissions.
