Prof. (Dr.) Mathew Suresh Benjamin focuses his teaching and research in Comparative Constitutional Law and Comparative Administrative Law with a special interest in Business Law. He has written more than 28 research articles as a sole author on topics ranging from empirical analysis of medical negligence to labour issues. His work has appeared in the UGC- CARE recognized law journals like the Supreme Court Journal, Labour Law Journal etc. and he also edited a book titled “The status of Human Rights during COVID-19 Pandemic,” published by Prasaranga, University of Mysore. He has taught Comparative Public Law, Research Methodology and Human Resources Development more than a decade.In the Department of Law, University of Mysore, Mysore, he holds the highest academic qualifications B.Com., LL.B., M.A.(International Relations)., M.A.(Human Rights)., L.M.(Constitutional law) and Ph.D in Law. Currently, Dr. M.S. Benjamin serves as Professor of Law at University of Mysore.
