Hello, There!
This is Pradeep. I am currently working as a Postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman Research Institute, Baycrest affiliated with University of Toronto. I aim to develop robust imaging biomarkers and classification techniques for the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease as well as differential diagnosis of various neurodegenerative diseases. I am also interested in characterizing the impact of different methodological choices and am working on developing easy-to-use software to remove the barriers for predictive-modelling for neuroimagers. I am also currently working on study of optimal and reproducible fMRI preprocessing workflows.
