Okomisor Ofem Lawrence, was born in 1980 at Oyo State, but is from Cross River State. He attended Army Children School Ede, in then Oyo Sate, now in Osun State. He then, proceeded to Community Secondary School Nko in Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State, where He studied so hard, to earn admission in the prestigious University of Calabar, Calabar-Nigeria. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.Hon.) in Political Science. His quest for knowledge and passion to impact life more positively with deeper understanding moved him to pursue, a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Political Economy and Development Studies. On graduation, one expects him to rest on his lurel, but young Ofem, as He is currently a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) student of Political Economy and Development Studies still at University of Calabar, Calabar-Nigeria. OL as he is fundly called by freinds and family is happily married to his heartthrob, and marriage is blessed with two lovely children.
