Nadine El Halabi is a learning & development specialist, leadership and mindset coach, and the founder of Nads.Talk, with over a decade of experience in transforming individuals and organizations through customized, high-impact training and coaching solutions. With a background in humanitarian work, higher education, and corporate coaching, Nadine designs and delivers learning programs that develop resilience, leadership, and sustainable performance.
Her work spans organizational capacity building, soft skills development, and personal transformation, having trained hundreds of professionals and coached over 750 individuals across healthcare, nonprofit, and business sectors. Nadine holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a Ph.D., alongside certifications in executive coaching, instructional design, and training of trainers. Her methodology blends emotional intelligence, adult learning theory, and behavioral science to drive measurable impact.
Through one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, Nadine helps leaders and teams grow with clarity, empathy, and direction. She is also the author of The Anti-Burnout Mindset and How to Be the Employee of the Month, both aimed at equipping readers with tools for growth in today’s demanding world.
