Dr. Mohammad Hossein Mozaffari is an Iranian scholar of international law and Islamic studies with special expertise on Islam and human rights. His career focuses on the friendship among nations, inter-cultural studies and interreligious dialogue for peace and reconciliation. His research interests connect his academic background with his career in the field of cultural relations which enables him to delve into issues such as Islamic perspective on human rights. Dr. Mozaffari has accomplished the following research works which focus on strategies for narrowing the cultural divide between Muslim and Western civilizations through intercultural and interreligious dialogue. His current research project is the Strategy of Muslim States in Human Rights Debates which is indeed the expansion of a previous paper with the same title.
