MedSeg is a small company based in Oslo, Norway and was founded by two radiologists in 2019.
We have developed an online segmentation tool specialized for CT and MRI-images that run in your browser. Via Tensorflow JS you also have the ability to run our trained segmentation models locally on your personal data. No patient or image data is uploaded and you may run the software online after initial download.
We also strive to share data! Here at Figshare we plan to publish a wide range of dataset with licence C00. Get in touch if you want to contribute!
