With nearly three decades of leadership experience in agriculture and rural banking, microfinance, MSME finance, sustainable development, and climate finance, I work at the intersection of finance, policy, and sustainability.
Starting my career with ISRO as an Engineer Scientist, I have held leadership roles at NABARD, Fullerton India, RBL Bank, and ValueFin India, contributing to the development of inclusive credit models, scaling of large businesses, and advancing frameworks for rural and climate-aligned finance.
Through my Strategic Advisory and Consultancy Practice, I now focus on advisory, mentoring, and policy engagement, helping institutions and stakeholders strengthen rural finance systems, MSME growth, and sustainable development pathways.
