My research interests are diverse yet interconnected, encompassing business management, business analytics, healthcare management, artificial intelligence, economics, and inflation. In business management, I am intrigued by how innovative leadership approaches, such as transformational leadership, can enhance organizational performance and foster employee engagement. My current research investigates the role of mindfulness and open-mindedness in leadership, aiming to uncover strategies that leaders can use to boost innovation and engagement within their teams.

In business analytics, I explore how data-driven decision-making can improve efficiency and effectiveness across various industries. This interest naturally extends to healthcare management, where I am particularly focused on how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to mitigate healthcare fraud and improve patient outcomes. By analyzing large datasets and applying machine learning algorithms, my goal is to develop robust systems that enhance the accuracy and reliability of healthcare services.

Economics and inflation are also central to my research agenda. Understanding the complexities of economic systems and the factors that drive inflation is crucial for developing effective monetary policies. My research on strategies for inflation control in the United States aims to evaluate the effectiveness of different monetary policies, providing insights that can help policymakers stabilize the economy and promote sustainable growth.

My work seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice, offering valuable contributions to academia and industry. By combining rigorous research methodologies with a practical understanding of business dynamics, I aim to generate insights to inform better decision-making and drive innovation across various sectors. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in my fields of interest, fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities that organizations face in today's rapidly changing environment
