I’m an academic librarian currently based in Berlin, Germany. I’ve spent over a decade in higher education, in non-traditional roles focused on creating change through innovative services, partnerships and programs. I'm deeply interested in helping libraries evaluate and prototype new approaches to supporting research and learning. I enjoy qualitative user research, service design and helping students become better critical thinkers. I’m passionate about the role of libraries in supporting and sustaining a healthy democracy.
