Laura Germine

Research Fellow (Psychology)

Massachusetts General Hospital

Laura Germine is postdoctoral researcher in the Psychiatric and Neurodevelopmental Genetics Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School. She is also Founder and Director of TestMyBrain.org, a website for large-scale behavioral data collection. Laura received her BA from the University of California, Berkeley in Molecular & Cell Biology and her PhD from Harvard University in Psychology (Experimental Psychopathology), where she was a member ofthe Social Neuroscience & Psychopathology Lab and the Vision Sciences Lab. Laura is interested in individual differences in cognitive functioning across the lifespan, how these individual differences are driven by variations in environmental and genetic factors, and the relationship between cognitive functioning and psychiatric vulnerability.
