Major expertise in the printing industry, proven by over 16 years of employment in different job positions, from machine operator to six other job positions in management, quality, technology, and R&D. At the same time, earns 3 levels of higher education, including Ph.D. Practical knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques and their application in industrial processes. "Statsoft" and the Polish Statistical Association awarded his Ph.D. thesis entitled: "Control method of winding quality in the shrink sleeve labels converting process" for best thesis with the application of data mining tools. Recent research in Industry 4.0/Smart Manufacturing technologies and Sustainability Development practices in the Canadian printing industry.
