After twenty years working in theatre and television, I retrained as a Psychotherapist in 2018. Now a practising psychotherapist with a special interest in therapy for 16, 17 and 18 year olds. Exploring psychotherapy research using case study and grounded theory methodologies. Aiming to develop a therapy model for 16, 17 and 18 year olds using Creative Expressive techniques.
