Humberto Ortiz-Zuazaga

I’m an Associate Professor of Computer Science in the University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras, and Adjunct Professor at the UPR Medical Science Campus. I am also the Director and Programmer-Archaeologist of the UPR High Performance Computing facility and the Bioinformatics Resource Center for Puerto Rico’s INBRE project. I did my PhD at the UPR-RUM CISE program. My dissertation was on the analysis of gene expression using microarrays with Oscar Moreno.
